YOGA CLUB WITH FRIENDS

HOW IT WORKS

  • CREATE YOUR GROUP --> Gather a group of your kids', tweens' or teens' friends who are interested in hanging out and practicing yoga together. The group size typically ranges from 3 to 6 participants.

  • CHOOSE THE LOCATION --> Who will host? Backyard. Basement. Living room. Any location works as long as there is comfortable room for all!

  • LET'S SCHEDULE A DATE & TIME --> Contact me and we'll confirm a time that works for your group. This can be a one-off class or workshop or a series of 3 to 4 classes. 

  • REGISTRATION FORM --> I'll take it from there and send out a registration form to each participant's parents.

  • TIME FOR YOGA

COMFORT and CONNECTION:

Practicing with friends can create a comfortable and supportive atmosphere, encouraging your child or teen to explore their yoga journey more deeply and express themselves without inhibition.

Yoga is not only a physical practice but also an opportunity for social interaction. Semi-private classes provide a space for kids and adolescents to strengthen their friendships, build trust, laugh freely, and share a positive, healthy activity together.

Teenagers and children may be more motivated to attend yoga classes when they can do so with their friends. The sense of camaraderie and accountability within the group can help them stay committed to their practice.

Sharing a yoga practice with friends can create lasting and positive memories and strengthen bonds.

CUSTOMIZABLE CONTENT:

These lessons can be tailored to the specific needs and interests of the group, allowing for a more personalized yoga experience and making the practice more engaging and relevant.

Themes can include: better sleep, dealing with stress, emotional wellness, empowering self-care,  creativity & self-expression, focus, academic success, body positivity.

varies between $20-$60/participant depending on the number of participants, the length of class, the location and the frequency.
